Celebrate Someone!

Frimley is a busy hospital and Acute Medicine is a very busy department. We recognise that members of our team work extra-ordinarily hard to ensure patients have the best possible care.

You can use this form to nominate a hard-working colleague for a shout-out.

If you feel someone has done a particularly excellent job this week - if they've gone above and beyond or if they've achieved something worth celebrating - we'd love to hear about it.

 

Shout outs will be shared at the afternoon board round on Fridays and via a weekly email.
